As founder of AMW Associates and RollaDome All Skate, she has built organisations, advised boards, led transformation and created pathways for people and communities too often excluded from opportunity.
She understands the pressure leaders carry when growth has outpaced structure, responsibility sits too heavily with one person, or an organisation must reset without losing the trust and values that made it matter.
